Keep Calm & Carry On
Keeping calm and carrying on is characterized as something that only those with true emotional, mental and physical strength are able to do in situations of turmoil and difficulty. But in fact, keeping calm and carrying on is something that every single person is able to do if they really make a legitimate mindful effort to do so. In order to keep calm, a person cannot let his or her emotions overcome them and must instead keep a cool head in times of extreme anger, sadness, and so on in order to make the best out of each situation.
In order to carry on, a person must be willing to leave what happened in the days past behind them, and only taking with them the knowledge and wisdom gained from each situation that they experienced, in order to know how to keep calm more effectively when similar situations arise in their future. Keeping calm and carrying on are two things that go hand in hand with each other in difficult situations, and help a person develop tremendous character.
